Martin has had a vast range of coaching experience from junior to senior level, specializing in junior and youth development. He has also worked with Federation Talent Centres, Representative football and managing junior and youth football academy's. With a Bachelor of Teaching and a Diploma in Sport and Recreation Martin has the knowledge and understanding to get the best results from his players, through aiming to promote each individual's areas of strength. With Martin's advanced teaching and coaching practices he is able to encourage and support each players learning and development within the All Stars Football Academy.
